Elena y las sombras
En una vieja vecindad mexicana, Elena está sola en su mundo. Félix provoca
un milagro cuando llega a su vida y le muestra cómo acceder a otros
universos; compartir con él esos espacios secretos hará que la niña
reconozca que su mundo puede ser más extenso y profundo de lo que creía,
y que un niño ciego, como Félix, es mucho más que su discapacidad visual.
Elena and the Shadows
In an old Mexican neighborhood, Elena is alone in her world. Felix causes
a miracle when he comes to life and shows her how to access other
universes; sharing these secret spaces with him the girl realizes that her
world can be greater and deeper than she previously thought, and that
a blind child, like Felix, is much more than his visual impairment.

César Gabriel Cepeda Sánchez (Puebla, Puebla, México, 1985). Artista plástico.
Ha trabajado en producción de cine, teatro y televisión como director, productor,
guionista, director de arte, escenógrafo e iluminador. Ha dirigido cuatro
cortometrajes realizados en stop-motion. Becario Foescap: “Animación experimental,
métodos de producción”.
César Gabriel Cepeda Sánchez (Puebla, Puebla, Mexico, 1985). Visual artist. He
has worked in film, theater, and television as a director, producer, screenwriter, art
director, set designer, and lighting technician. He has directed four stop-motion
shorts. Foescap grant recipient: “Experimental animation, production methods.”
