Ariel, un taciturno guardia de traslado de valores que transporta los millones ajenos cada día, recién ha descubierto que será padre por primera vez. Mientras decide qué hacer con su inminente paternidad, tras una extraña falla en el sistema, se ve ante la posibilidad de robar el botín que carga.

Ariel, a silent security guard in charge of transporting other people’s millions every day, has just discovered he’s about to be a first-time father. While deciding what to do about his imminent paternity, through a bizarre fault in the system, he suddenly finds himself with the possibility of fleeing with the money that he transports.

Alonso Ruizpalacios (Ciudad de México, 1978). Egresado de la Royal Academy of Dramatic Art de Londres; becario del Fonca. Previamente estudió Dirección en el Foro Teatro Contemporáneo. Su primer largometraje, Güeros, ganó el premio de Mejor Ópera Prima en la Berlinale 2014 y los premios Horizontes Latinos y Premio de la Juventud.

Alonso Ruizpalacios (Mexico City, 1978). Graduated from London’s Royal Academy of Dramatic Art; FONCA grant recipient. He previously studied directing at the Foro Teatro Contemporáneo (Contemporary Theater Forum). His debut film, Güeros, won Best Debut Feature at the 2014 Berlinale, as well as the Horizontes Latinos and Premio de la Juventud awards.
